பணியிடங்களில் பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல் (தடுப்பு, தடை மற்றும் தீர்வு) சட்டம் 2013-ன் படி பணியிடத்தில் பெண்களைப் பாதுகாக்க ஒவ்வொரு நிறுவனத்திலும் உள்ளகப் புகார்க் குழு Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) கட்டாயம் அமைத்திடல் வேண்டும் என்கின்ற தமிழக அரசின் ஆனைப்படி குழு அமைக்கப்பட்டு கண்காணிப்புக் கேமரா (CCTV) வின் பார்வைக்குள் படாதவாறு நான்கு இடங்களில் புகார்ப் பெட்டிகள் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
பெண்களாயினும், ஆண்களாயினும் ஏதேனும் பாலியல் துன்புறுத்தல்களுக்கு உள்ளாக நேரிட்டால், தயங்காமல் தமது புகார்களை புகார்ப் பெட்டியில் போடலாம் (அ) உள்ளகப் புகார்க் குழு உறுப்பினர்களிடம் தொடர்பு கொண்டு இது குறித்து புகார் செய்யலாம்.

We have taken an insurance policy from Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd and it is known as Group Personal Accident (GPA) Policy.
All the staff members and enrolled students of our Institution are entitled to avail the benefits under this policy.
This specially designed policy is to protect the group of our staff and students from the consequences of unexpected accident. The consequences of the accident can be death, disability, etc. Insured persons are eligible for the following benefits:
- Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees one Lac only) per staff or student forDeath & Permanent total disablement due to accident only.
- Rs 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) per staff or student for Medical Expenses incurred as inpatient for Grievous Injuries arising out of accidents only.
- Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees one Lac Only) against death of earning parent (Accidental Death Only)
In order to effectively render the insurance services provided by the institution, claims for insurance benefits must be submitted to the college/company within one month after the completion of the treatment (or) transportation of the mortal remains/burial in the event of death.

- Students shall behave with dignity and courtesy inside and outside the college.
- Students shall follow strict modesty in dress. Boys can wear formal dress (Pant and Shirt). Girls can wear Salwar-kamez. Both boys and girls must not wear T-shirts and tight fit wears. Tight fit leggings, low hip pants, pencil fit and other wears are strictly banned.
- Students should wear Identity Cards inside the campus and also when representing college in meetings outside the campus. ID-Cards are to be worn round the neck and this practice is compulsory. Any violation of these orders will lead to disciplinary action.
- Possession of mobile phones during the college hours in the campus is strictly prohibited. Anybody found using a mobile, inside the premises the mobile will be seized and will be returned only after the completion of the course.
- Students are not allowed to leave the institution premises during the institution timings. If a student wants to leave the institute for some valid reasons before thje working hours they must get Gate Pass.
- Practice of spitting, and throwing bits of paper inside the campus is unhealthy and not permitted. Possessing, consuming or distributing alcohol, harmful drugs, narcotics, ghutkas, chewing gums and smoking cigarettes are strictly prohibited and violation of these orders will lead to severe disciplinary action. Students should not possess fire crackers of any kind in the hostel and college campus.
- Do not smear colored powder and splash rangoli water in the guise of festivals and functions on or during any other occasion in the hostel or college campus.
- Students are advised not to harm the reputation of the institution or individual (fellow students and institution staff) through social and electronic media.
- Respect the institution property. Destroying or damaging the institution property is punishable. Students should not destroy/damage/deface, remove the institution property, disturb or injure a person under the pretext of celebrating/inducting/pledging or for any other reason like rivalry etc. The cost of any damage will be recovered from the students collectively if the responsibility cannot be fixed on any individual or group of individuals.
- All vehicles should be parked in the allotted place. No vehicle will be allowed to enter the institute premises during the institute timings. Students coming by two wheelers have to compulsorily wear Helmet. Two wheelers will not be permitted to park without Helmet. Vehicles found parked in unauthorized places shall be impounded.
- Students who want to avail bus facility in between the session will have to pay full bus fare for the session.
- Students who are not availing the bus facility but caught travelling in bus will be charged with full bus fare as fine.
- While attending college functions, the students should conduct themselves in such a way as to bring reputation to themselves and to the institution.
- Those who are violating these rules are liable to be debarred from taking the University Examination.
Attendance and Leave of Absence
- No student will be allowed to be absent from the college without leave letter. Students must a apply beforehand for leave of absence through the Head of the Department in the prescribed form. When ‘absence’ is due to unforeseen causes, an application for leave must be submitted as early as possible and in no case later than the first day of her/his return to the college.
- Absence without submitting the leave letters at the beginning and end of the semester also before and after a college holiday will entail fine. A minimum attendance of 75% out of total working days of the college is necessary to be eligible to appear for the End Semester Examinations.
- A student who desires to discontinue the course in the middle of the curriculum will be bound by the decision of the university authorities.
Vehicular Movement/Parking
- Rash driving of any vehicle within the college premises is strictly prohibited. The speed limit to be followed in the campus is not to exceed 10km/h. All vehicles should be parked only in places earmarked for parking.
Code of Conduct for Students:
- The identity card with photograph affixed, must be carried by the student all the times while on the campus and must be produced on demand.
- Student must attend the lectures and practical regularly as per the time tables.
- Student should have minimum 75% attendance in theory and practical for attending University Exams.
- Student’s conduct should be satisfactory.
- The absence from the institution without prior information will be considered a breach of discipline.
- Student must appear for all the tests and examinations and should show satisfactory progress.
- Students are advised to read all the notices displayed in the Notice Boards.
- The conduct of the student in the premises of the institution as well as in their classes should cause no disturbance to fellow students or other classes.
- Students must not loiter in the institution premises during class timings.
- No society or association must be formed in the institute or in the hostels and no person should be invited to address a meeting without Principal’s prior permission.
- No official trips should be arranged without prior consent of the Principal.
