AI & DS
Our Department
The Department of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) was started in the Academic Year 2023-24 focusing on the interdisciplinary field of Data Science, which can provide insights from structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. With Artificial Intelligence, it is now feasible to acquire valuable insights from vast amounts of data, including data from sensors, images, video streams, satellites, medical imagery, and the cloud.
- The Programme is a three-year academic course.
- The Department has a team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable faculty with the goal of educating the students with world-class infrastructure, curriculum, comprehensive hands-on experience and conducting pre-research in the field of Artificial Intelligence & Data Science.
- The Department is committed to excel in delving into design and development of next generation progressive technologies.
- Our motto is to develop industry-academia partnerships, explore collaborations with other domains, and contribute our talents to multi-disciplinary projects by translating urban technology into real world impacts to meet societal needs.
Vision
To offer excellent opportunities to students and promote collaboration among various disciplines in computing by our dedicated faculty, ensuring to take up maximal benefit of the latest environment for solving a wide range of complex, scientific, technological and social problems.
Mission
