Students Welfare
- Students belonging to the BC, MBC, SC and ST are eligible for scholarship from the Government of India or from the Tamil Nadu Government.
- Students applying for scholarship should submit the following certificates in original: Community Certificate, Income Certificate and Statement of Marks.
The following scholarships and concessions are available as per Government and Private Guidelines:
- Government’s Scholarship is available to SC/ST students.
- The Annual income of the parents of SC/ST Students should not exceed Rs.2,00,000 (Two lakhs only).
- Government’s Scholarship to MBC and Christian / Muslim Students. The Annual income of the parents of MBC and Christian students should not exceed Rs.1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousands only).
- Concessions are provided to physically challenged Students.
- University Grants Commission grants Post Graduate Indira.
- Gandhi Scholarship Scheme for single girl child.
Private Scholarships are available for:
- Sitaram Jindal scholarship.
- JM Charitable Trust scholarship.
- Single Parent scholarship. (Women Scholarship Fair and Lovely)
- STFC Scholarship. (Commercial vehicle driver’s son/daughter)
- Keep India smiling Scholarship.
- HDFC bank Scholarship.
- Welfare schemes.
- LIC/HFL Scholarship.
All Scholarships are liable for forfeiture for misconduct, irregularity in attendance, unsatisfactory progress in studies, indiscipline, indulging in illicit drugs and drinks consumption etc.

- ‘Siruthuli’ (Save to Share) is a process followed in which all the students save one rupee per week to help the needy people.
- Our College organizes Awareness programmes and campaigns.

Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a formal organization that consists of parents, teachers and staff that is intended to facilitate parental participation in a College. The goal of all Parent-Teacher Groups is to support their college, encourage parent involvement, support teachers, and organize events.
Objectives:
- To foster and promote cordial relationship among the parents, teachers and students of the college/department.
- To help guide and participate in various developmental activities of the college.
- To render ‘all possible assistance for smooth working of the college and for maintaining good discipline in the campus.
- To institute scholarships/awards for deserving students of the college.
- To provide and ensure essential facilities to the students of the college.
