About the Department - Nandha Arts & Science College

Nandha provides its students the best possible transformation inputs to enhance their career prospects. It is provided to the placement willing (pw) students with an exclusive department called nSeeD (Nandha’s Skill Enhancement for Employability Development). This department gets the workload by increasing the five-hour mandatory working-hours per day to six hours a day for all the classes. A few of the staff members of nSeeD are trained in the industry such as WIPRO, and Infosys through their corporate training program. A computer lab is exclusively dedicated for this department and students are getting language training and online assessment training with past years question bank. Apart from career counselling, a few staff with psychological inputs attempts personal counselling.

The department dovetails its operation with the NEIs placement wing which is having wider contacts with recruiting organizations. The placement cell also provides complete assistance to the visiting Companies at every stage of their placement process. Many reputed industries visit us annually to meet their HR need.
