The Department of Corporate Secretaryship was established in the year 2010. The Department motto is to equip the students to be ready to fit for the corporate sector. In order to ensure the knowledge of the students’ department organized Guest lectures, Seminars, Workshops and Field Trips periodically by inviting Experts from Corporate Sector and Academic bodies. The students are given the opportunity to enrich their knowledge in the area of corporate law, secretarial practice, an auditing, portfolio management, financial services etc.
A tie up has been made between the Department and ICSI chapter Salem and Coimbatore for improving the standards of the students by providing coaching for ACS.
To built competent corporate professionals by providing quality education, relevant knowledge, skills and training of corporate professionals. To expose our students to practical situation in Companies for the purpose of importing employability skills with emphasis on the professionals ethics and values.
