ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

The Department of Chemistry has been established in the year 2017. B.Sc., Chemistry is a three-year course for the students who wish to learn the fundamentals of chemistry and various branches of chemical science.  The students can expect to gain an in-depth knowledge of how chemicals and chemical processes work in graduation. This course prepares a student for challenges in the chemical industry. This course also addresses the rabid changes going on in the chemical industry and provides students with enough insights to adapt to new developments and changes in the field of chemistry.

ABOUT THE COURSE

ELIGIBILITY
    Candidates seeking admission to the first year Degree course shall be required to have passed Higher Secondary Examination with Chemistry as one of the Subjects conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
